“This is like washing your face with expensive water. It doesn’t lather, and the product falls right out of your hands. Will never purchase again.”

“You stopped the shipment bc I use a PO BOX and never told me and i called you to see where my order was and found out that way. You said you ship UPS and they don’t deliver to PO. Change your policy.”

“The pump will leak oil nonstop. I switched to the plastic top they offer in the box so the problem stopped. It is a very basic oil. I don’t detect no glow after 20 minutes nor hydration. I feel robbed by so many Kora products because I cannot return none back once they’ve been open.”

“It was a basic CVS/drug store exfoliator that costs three times what it should. It certainly isn’t a top tier or luxury level product. It exfoliated my skin, but the fragrance dissolved immediately and left my face more dry than moisturized and silky.”

“Ordered the oil, was sent the wrong product and the free gift had already expired. Kora Organic refused to send me return shipping label so I had to pay return shipping charges myself. AWFUL customer service!!!”
