“Unfortunately, I am very unsatisfied with this product. I was looking forward to it so much for the benefits that it states to give. However, all it does is the pill. I literally cleanse my face dry it and put this on my skin to use as a sleep mask but once it dries, it starts coming right off. I’ve tried it several times and I am so unhappy. I was really looking forward to trying a product from this brand. But I must be honest that this product is not at all good.”

“Am not satisfied with return policy. You state that any return has to be sent back unopened. How do you know if you are satisfied with the product if you don't open it to try it. I am now out over $70.00!”

“I have not received my order yet. You would not allow my PO Box to be anywhere on the shipping information and I do not get USPS at my physical address (I've lived at the same house for 28 years) so I'm assuming it is returning to you. Please advise.”

“I tried this product on auto-renewal and was supposed to receive a reduced price. Twice the company charged me the full amount. The first time they refunded me quickly. It has now been over a week and I have heard nothing from the company and have not received my refund. Beware their subscription program!”

“I really wanted to love the guasha collection. I placed my order on 6/14. and only to receive it on 6/30, even though shipment is within US. I used it on the first day upon receiving it, as I couldn't wait any longer. I am not sure if I am not using it the right way or anything, it slipped out from my hand to the countertop and broke into many pieces, so is my heart. I glued them back because it was so pretty and I do not have the heart to toss them into the bin. But I can no longer use it. :(”

“I never usually spend this much on beauty products but I wanted something with clean ingredients and I know that that doesn't come cheap. After seeing lots of good reviews I was excited to use the AHA nighttime serum and vitamin C serum. After 2 weeks of using daily I see no results whatsoever. I guess the good reviews were probably fake and I'm really sad cause I just wanted to find something to help my skin and now all I did was waste money.”
