“I'd heard great things over the last few years so have been planning a move for a while - even though my expectations were pretty high, the level of service I have received so far has been really impressive. Excellent attention to detail, and friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended. I'm very pleased to have my site hosted with Krystal.”

“I've moved all my domains here, from over 15 years, I will tell this now! I moved all my domains here for 1 reason alone, this is the finest service on the world wide web I've come across since in my life. My first PC at the age of 4 was a DRAGON 32. I've used the internet since it was born and loads of hosts, from GoDaddy, To One+One even one.com to Hostinger to almost ever other host on this planet worthy. I now I only use this one and Google. Love them to bits. yet The only supplier that makes my life easy is Krystal Hosting at https://krystal.uk/”

“how many other internet services reply in less than 5 minutes on a sunday evening when my site had disappeared. All sorted very quickly. Fantastic customer service. Many companies could learn from Krystal how it should be done.”

“Had a huge issue that I would never had figured out on my own. Within 10 minutes Joxy at Krystal Hosting fixed the issue and took time to explain what caused it and how it was fixed. “I've been with Krystal for years, and have reseller hosting. Their support is fantastic, fast, polite, even if it's a mistake I have made! Whether it's a domain issue, or email, or a Wordpress update that's broken something, the support team will help. My migrations often don't go smoothly and they help with that too. Usually they respond in under 5 minutes, and resolve immediately. One super cool thing for me is their commitment to green energy and protecting the environment. I support that 100% - thanks so much for the support.. you have a customer for life. And I recommend all my clients to Krystal too. All the staff are fab - but Jordan stands out. Thanks dude! :)”
