“I've got 99 problems but my hosting ain't one. Ben Coleman is an absolute lifesaver - there were some issues with my databases (just to point out this was 100% my fault - lesson learned: don't mess around with things you don't understand!) that knocked out a couple of my websites which Ben sorted out for me on a Sunday via their emergency phone support. For £37 a month, the Sapphire business hosting package is just ridiculous value - yes the performance/spec is top notch but the fact you get to 24/7 emergency phone support with such talented/knowledgeable technicians on the other end who can solve all your (self-induced) website problems is just amazing. “Paying nearly $$50 a month for 8 years never been late... They shut down my VPS because I was 1 week late for payment... too much monetisation... means spirited management or Directorship. Staff seem ok but its policy thats the issue. Absolutely disgusting, lack of care and service to long standing customers. They also beat me over the head a lot that I don't have a managed server every time I need assistance. The last time they did this eventually I discovered the issue was a third-Party technical fault, not my servers' issues. .. Thats Krystal for you. They need to loosen up, listen and value customers more. Unless they add slack Im off, I cant work on that basis for my business. Neither can you.”

“Awful. They started off as a small, personable, reliable and friendly company. Over the years their service has gotten much worse. In addition, they will do anything they can to force you off the service you're using and make you pay for one that can cost up to 10 times as much. Do not use Krystal hosting, plenty of other good hosts out there.”
