“I've used many, many hosting companies over the last 30 years and Krystal are simply the best I've used. The tech support is first class, prompt and knowledgable. Their servers are fast and their prices are great. I don't have anything negative to report. I can't see myself ever using anyone else again.”

“Aaron sorted out a problem with our site by amending a line of code we didn’t know existed. He responded so quickly to my ticket that I thought the issue must have cleared itself. Excellent and incredibly quick, helpful service. Very many thanks.”

“I've had several bad experiences with Krystal lately. Went to their Fairburn location in Douglasville and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and finally just left when no one came to take my order. Then, I recently went to their Stewart Pkwy location, and wasn't knocked out by the people. No one said hi or made eye contact. When I got home, they had left out the extra Krystal I paid for and two of the Krytals I got, were smashed. When I contacted corporate, no one got back to me. Not impressed.”

“Paying nearly $$50 a month for 8 years never been late... They shut down my VPS because I was 1 week late for payment... too much monetisation... means spirited management or Directorship. Staff seem ok but its policy thats the issue. Absolutely disgusting, lack of care and service to long standing customers. They also beat me over the head a lot that I don't have a managed server every time I need assistance. The last time they did this eventually I discovered the issue was a third-Party technical fault, not my servers' issues. .. Thats Krystal for you. They need to loosen up, listen and value customers more. Unless they add slack Im off, I cant work on that basis for my business. Neither can you.”

“Awful. They started off as a small, personable, reliable and friendly company. Over the years their service has gotten much worse. In addition, they will do anything they can to force you off the service you're using and make you pay for one that can cost up to 10 times as much. Do not use Krystal hosting, plenty of other good hosts out there.”

“Jordan was brilliant, I made my request to change main domain for hosting and it was done within the same minute! With other hosts I have known this take up to 48 hours through a ticket system. Speedy customer service that was at a time that was super convenient for me! Can't fault their customer service and hosting.”

“I can't comment on delivery, returns and refunds. Krytal provide web hosting at a reasonable price, and their chat help is invaluable to a non-technie person like me. Always polite, always helpful, keen to solve problems (which they invariably do), and very pleasant peeps to deal with. I always recommend Krystal to friends and colleagues looking for web hosting.”
