“Kurk has been helping with my muscle recovery after workouts. I'm currently adding the Vanilla flavour to my coffee which tastes really good, next I want to try Orange as I make fresh orange fruit smoothies.”

“I’ve had parsonage turner syndrome for over 2 years, I have nerve pain in both hands & arms. KURK has been an absolute life changer for my pain & mobility. Could never be without it. Started with 3 months of the vanilla, then after 3 months tried the orange, but gone back to vanilla it’s amazing in my coffee.”

“Kurk is good and it does help with my arthritis, but I find the flavours are not to my taste. It's a bit like taking your medicine as a kid, so my plea would be to improve the flavours to take the edge off. But I will continue with Kurk as the benefits far outweigh the taste.”

“I am very happy with Kurk. It is helping me to get a good sleep and I think it is reducing some on the inflammation I have. It takes time to fully work. “It's a good product not as effective as is made out to be, not with myself anyway, I took for 3months maybe more, slight improvement but everyone is different Bit expensive also”

“Having suffered from various low-grade, but annoying, inflammatory symptoms for some time, I was motivated to give Kurk Vanilka a try. I wasn't really expecting anything momentous but, after a week, I observed a noticeable reduction in aches and pains. My wife is also now trying it. One thing that would have been useful; I ordered some for my 90 year old father but Googled drug interactions and saw a possible enhancement of anticoagulants being taken. As he is on that class of drug, I had to advise him of the potential risk and he stopped taking Kurk Vanilla ..... it would have been useful to see that somewhere in the advertising.”

To address your concern about anticoagulants, some people confuse “Curcumin” with “Coumarin” which is related to the blood-thinner-Warfarin (trade name, Coumadin). To be clear, Curcumin has no known effect on blood clotting. Having said this, we are closely regulated as a food supplement so we can’t give medical advice. “Kurk vanilla Turmeric certainly seems to help me wake with far less aches & pains than I had previous to taking Kurk Turmeric. Also a number of the swollen joints have certainly reduced significantly. It is easy to use, as you can add it to many different drinks. I personally take mine in plain Kefir yoghurt, which doesn't alter the micro organisms in the yoghurt and it's delicious.”
