Hi Kay, We appreciate your feedback! Many of our customers reported positive results by doubling their daily dose. If your health concerns are more serious or you're not feeling the effects then we do advise you to up the dose because curcumin needs to be built up in your system when you first start taking it. Doctors call this a Loading Dose. From our experience with customer feedback, this loading dose can range from 1ml-2ml, again depending on what you're taking it for. The good news is that once your body starts showing the benefits, you can drop down to a Maintenance Dose which is 1ml of Kurk. Feel free to reach out if there's anything else we can help you with. “I was taking Kurk for approximately 3-4months and on average i was waiting at least 3 days, from finishing the previous supply until the next arrived. When Decembers had not arrived by the 7th day i decided to cancel.”

“I’ve been taking this for over a year and it does work, however I have noticed the quality of it has declined in recent months. It has become pale watery and doesn’t have that deep unmistakable orange yellow of earlier batches. And it doesn’t last a full month I ran out 3 days ago (Thurs) but the payment for my next supply was only debited yesterday (Sat) meaning the earliest I will receive the order is Tuesday so 5 days without. I am very careful to measure 1ml so I don’t use it up quicker. The problem with the sale part of their approach by subscription is that you cannot buy a spare for these occasions because you have to sign up the more subscriptions. This needs addressing to allow one off purchases.”

“The product tastes good, and it's nice to have a Liposomal curcumin on the market! I haven't yet seen any results but it is early days so hence the 3 star, which I'd say is just middle ground considering I've only used the product for approximately 1 week. Will see how it goes! It has the potential to work wonders but I know it's a long game!”
“I have tried this in 4 drinks. I have suffered an upset stomach with pains and diarrhoea a day or two afterwards. I don’t suffer with stomach problems so I know it Kurk that caused it. I will persevere but if it continues I will have to stop taking it. I haven’t noticed any positive effects from it yet.”

Kurk is a natural emulsion that may change consistency due to external environment - heat or cold. Can you just give it a shake before use and the consistency should be ok every time. If not, please send us a photo or video and we will analyse it.
