If you are taking Kurk for a certain health challenge like arthritis, we suggest you double your dosage , take 1ml in the morning and another 1ml in the night time. Most people find it beneficial. Sometimes more chronic conditions benefit from a higher dose temporarily—then, when you feel some relief we suggest dropping back to the daily dose of 1ml for maintenance.

Hi Kay, We appreciate your feedback! Many of our customers reported positive results by doubling their daily dose. If your health concerns are more serious or you're not feeling the effects then we do advise you to up the dose because curcumin needs to be built up in your system when you first start taking it. Doctors call this a Loading Dose. From our experience with customer feedback, this loading dose can range from 1ml-2ml, again depending on what you're taking it for. The good news is that once your body starts showing the benefits, you can drop down to a Maintenance Dose which is 1ml of Kurk. Feel free to reach out if there's anything else we can help you with.
