“The beads are nice but they are fitted way too small. They feel uncomfortable against my skin. I’ve put them aside don’t think I’ll be wearing them again. So dissatisfied.”

“I was unhappy with several of my bracelets, there seems so be one too many beads strung and they kink up. My arm is small so they don't fit tight and it's obvious that they are on elastic. Is this normal?
Will the elastic relax over time?”
“I ordered three bracelets as a set, which was a better deal than just ordering one. I ordered a 3mm gold, a 3mm Pearl and a 2mm gold. When they arrived the 2mm was all bent and distorted and stayed that way even when I put it on. The only thing I was told I could do was return and rebuy some thing else. For fear that it might happen again, since I wasn’t given a reason to why it happened in the first place, I ordered a larger size 3mm instead of the 2mm. It was not only more expensive I didn’t get the original deal of buying three at one time. Since it was a gift I didn’t really feel like I had a choice. Based on their customer service I started to question if I was buying from a china based company that advertises on Facebook”
“I requested a return, and it still has yet to be resolved. All I want to do is exchange for a larger size still pending an update on how to resolve that issue.”

I was told my order was ‘lost’ after I emailed that I hadn’t received anything, but had already received emails (such as this one) to review items I ordered. Can’t review jewelry as I haven’t received it.”

“They were much smaller sized than what was shown in the picture. I expected each little ball to be much bigger. I felt disappointed when I opened mine. Then I put them on and they were on the right side. For an elastic bracelet I expected them to be a little looser in size.”
