“I was very disappointed in the quality of bracelets. They did not meet the expectations portrayed in the advertisements and the cost does not match the value. I got the silver set. Wondering if the gold is better.”
“I just received my second order from Kylar Mack, and sadly my largest beaded bracelet (5 mm) arrived with several beads crushed. I guess it got damaged in shipping. I am hoping they will replace it to make this right.”
“Well… I reached out to the company in regards to questions I had about my order. The smaller size bracelets do not lay flat, so I am not sure what sort of material runs through the beads, but I have had them and they still have multiple Bends throughout the bracelets, which make it look low quality. The largest bead size does lay flat, and does not wrinkle between beads. I guess my question is (which I have asked the company directly, but have not heard a response in two weeks), is Will they flatten out? Also… The company says that these are gold filled bracelets. My second question is when going on the website to figure out if the silver colored bracelets are white gold they give no information about the silver beads. They are just expensive as the gold, so I’m assuming they are since the website says that they are 14k gold filled. I would love an answer as I spend a lot of money on stacks for friends. However, no one has taken the time to respond. If I don’t hear from someone, I will probably return as they look cheap.”
“much much smaller than expected both in width and also size of the pearls. Definitely not what I envisioned with the one and only photo in the app. Perhaps include photos of models wearing the item to better show size. Definitely not happy with the purchase.”
“I sent for a bracelet about December 14. I have been tracking it, and since the 18th it has said it is moving through the network. It's now the 23rd, and no updates since the 18th. I was hoping to have it by Christmas. Where is my bracelet?”
“They are very expensive for really just very small stretch bracelets. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and probably wouldn’t have purchased it they wasn’t the case. Also the are very small if you have a larger hand or wrist they will be tight to get on and not comfortable to wear.”
