“Lovely bracelets. Unfortunately, I returned my set. The 6.5 inch were a tad too tight. 7.5 inch would be way too big. Lengths of 6.75 or 7 inch would be the sweet spot.”

I have sent back to companies before with a scanned postage return. right away I received my $$ back or when I was asked if I wanted to exchange for the same product but a different size it was done as soon as notice of the product was being returned.
