Shocking really as they said they never got my order then they told us they have sorted out the back orders abd low and behold my order was there . Got fobbed off with some smsll bottle samples . Bit of a joke really . Maybe we will put it down to covid .

So Sorry for the delay with your order, as mentioned our extractors got delayed at our manufactures, they are in any day now. Please note, moving forward all orders are fulfilled in 1-2 days. Our customers mean a lot to us here at LA Tanning and we do not want to disappoint, so we will pop in some free goodies in your order for any inconvenience caused x

Gun broke on my third paying client totally embarrassed and looks awful on my business. Would put 0 if possible. Totally disappointed

Hello, Sorry to hear this, i can see that my colleague made you aware that this was sent with a 3rd party shipping company via web interpret. This was the option that was selected on check out. This was not sent via our international courier it was sent via web interprets courier. I have contacted them for a update, which i have emailed to yourself. Customer service is paramount to us here at LA tan, and we will ensure this parcel gets to you ASAP.

paid for next next day delivery due to the fact that i was moving abroad and wanted to make sure my parcel will arrive on time.never received an email with a link to track my order therefore i contacted them via email but never received an answer... Katarina

Hi, Thanks for your comment. Please note, when we book in shipments, the system automatically sends out tracking information, this isn't done manually by us its done by DPD COURIERS. Apologies you never received this alert.

I ordered 3 products, 2 of which were the wrong shades. I emailed a few times to get it sorted and never got a response.

I followed the instructions for the tan. I am a professional spray tanner and have used brands such as sienna x and skinny tan. The LA tan is by far the worst tan I have ever come across. It went green! So disappointing and I have sent the product back expecting a full refund!

Thank you for your feedback, however the green effect will not be down to the tanning solution. We produce new stock every couple of weeks, to meet with the demand. Our solution has a shelf life of 12 months unopened before any oxidisation (green effect) takes place. The problems you have experienced will be possible down to one of the below. The Solution has got to hot- The air may of got into the solution (the cap was left off the bottle for a period of time) The Solution has not been shaken before the application. If you do not think its one of the above, the problem may be down to the preparation process of the customer, a barrier on the skin (moisturiser) can give a green tinge, also if the customer perspires, this can effect the tan. If you still feel it is none of the above, please send the bottle back to us and our bio chemist can run tests. kind Regards Team L.A
