“I'm quiets satisfied with the solutions, so thank you! However I'm not satisfied with the service, as I wrote several emails about packaging and did not receive an answer, and my requests on my order were not taken into consideration! And I was just told that there was a technical problem and some emails were deleted. And also I was told that it is enough to just write a comment when I order however there was no space like "additional comments and request", so I think you should improved that. And most importantly, I knew that you had 2 free samples, and I also asked to put at least 1 free sample of another solutions so that I can try, but again my request was just ignored! So I kindly ask you to be more careful next time as I want to order from in the future because your solutions are really good.”

Hello, Thank you for your email; i can see we did reply about the packaging, we made sure it was wrapped securely and separately as requested? I also can see samples were added into your order what we had stock of? If ordering from overseas, its best you contact us via email and we can assist with your order that way. “I like the product but I think adding on the VAT at the end rather than sharing the full cost from the start is not right. Also delivery is expensive, should be optional to get next day deliver”

“I would’ve give you five out of five however you advertised last week offer to get some free face masks with every order, they are the worst masks I’ve every see and quality extremely poor...not even worth using for toilet paper ! you are going to give something away free in future can you make sure it is worthy of your company ... Very disappointed indeed”

I am sorry to hear that, DPD aim to ship within 2-4 days, sometimes out of area/ overseas takes a little longer.

“My daughter was impressed with the tanning kit but not so much with the tan as it went like snake skin after a cple of days .”

Sorry to hear this however this could be due to dry skin. You need to exfoliate the day before having a spray tan and then moisturise the skin. On the day of the tan, shower all products off the body. After the development time, have a shower and moisture using an oil free moisturiser.

“I order a carry case and tanning spray which was on offer. When the case arrived I opened it and the handle was rusty and scratched. I phone them and was asked to send an email with photos of the case and I'm still waiting for a response .”

“While I felt the service over the telephone was really good, they didn't deliver on this. I was told samples were being sent with my new tanning unit and they even asked which ones I wanted, however they didn't arrive. I dropped them an email to see if they were being sent separately but no one even responded. I've been reluctant to order since.”
