“Quick and efficient service. The tanning machine didn’t come with the tanning lotion. Once the company were aware they rectified the problem immediately and sent the lotion separately.”

Hi thanks for your message, sorry you did not get the solution, I can see this was sent today on an express to get tomorrow. We didn’t see the email from you as we have just checked and it ended up in spam. “Product I ordered was out of stock and I was called straight away to order something else. My order came missing a fue bits but customer service was absolutely amazing and sent out missing bits and even chucked in an extra gift. Also cannot rave enough about how amazing the 10% cocktail solution is! Will be ordering again soon.”

“The spray gun is really good, I’ve only used one of the tan bottles so far and it seems oddly red? Like a maroon colour, very strange”

“Very fast delivery. All products were present and correct. The only down fall was the barrier cream was about of stock and they just replaced it with a tanning mouse without asking first as I’d of preferred a refund.”

“The service was very quick even though I didn't receive an email to say my deliver had be dispatched so I messaged your Facebook page and had very fast replys. The tan itself ia gorgeous I love it I have only just began spray tanning and will continue to use LA tan”

“LA tanning products are really fabulous! The best tanning solutions I’ve ever tried. I highly recommend, however the postage fee of £18 is terrible and this is why I had to give 4* rather than 5*.”

“Excellent service. Fast and reliable delivery. Love La tan.. ive been using it on my clients for around 5 years and ive never had a complaint! Ive never had an allergic reaction either, which some tans can cause. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a spray tan!”
