Hello Susan, Thank you for your review. We do apologise for the problems you have experienced with our template. Unfortunately this particular product is supplied to us with a non-central alignment and isn't available with a central alignment. We have ensured that the margins on our template reflect the non-central alignment and we will be updating our packaging on the small number of products we supply that are not centrally aligned to help avoid this issue in the future. We have double checked our product (LP40/45 C) and the Avery code L7654 is the corresponding code for that particular label size. We do have templates available to download from our website for free and we are happy to assist our customers with any template problems that they may encounter.
