Most first class items do arrive next day but this is not a guaranteed service and items may take up to five working days to arrive. I'm not usually one for writing reviews, and I have to admit that I haven't actually tried my self adhesive labels yet. What I can say though is the service that I received was very quick and efficient, and I also received a code for a template which was not the case the last time that I ordered something similar elsewhere. A satisfied customer.

I ordered labels MP7165 99.1x67.7 mm and you sent the wrong ones LP8/99 8 per sheet but wrong, which are useless and I am housebound and unable to return them. Sidney Wood

I can't get the template I downloaded from you to match the pages you sent!! And why aren't the templates for circular labels also circular??..whty on earth are they square????...Annoyed.

All of our templates were set up using the measurements of our label sheets and were thoroughly tested before being added to our website to ensure that they will produce the correct alignment. You may need to make slight adjustments to get the best possible alignment using your setup of software and hardware. You also need to make sure that your printer is using the correct print settings to avoid scaling issues. We are more than happy to help customers with alignment issues; simply get in touch with our Customer Service Team with as much information about the problem you are seeing and we will do our best to provide a solution. The Word templates for round labels will only show squares. This is because Word is a word processor, designed primarily for working with text and not for design purposes. This means that it is not sophisticated enough to show a grid of circles; instead a compromise is used, whereby a table is used to represent the layout of a sheet of labels in the form of a grid of rectangular or square cells. I never received my order! I ordered a very small amount of labels with a couple fo days timeframe and I never received them. Called your Customer Service team many times and all they said was, 'the order was shipping and should arrive with you shortly'. Meanwhile, 1 week later I still haven't received it. Even if it did arrive, it's much too late now. I had to resort to some very homemade looking labels. Not the best experience, very disappointed. Would not recommend to colleagues.

We're very sorry to hear your labels haven't arrived. They were despatched on the day you ordered by first class Royal Mail, which is normally a very reliable service, but doesn't guarantee a delivery date. Sometimes items can take a few days to arrive, so if an order is needed for a specific date we recommend the "Special Delivery" service which is available as an option as you go through the checkout. When your labels finally arrive, please send them back to us for a full refund.

The paper was and is virtually impossible to peel the backing from. By the time I have managed to split it to be able to apply it to anything it’s creased and ruined - I will never buy it again

The LP1/210 label size does not have any selvedges (blank spaces) around the labels, which does mean that some care is needed when separating the full A4 label size from its backing paper. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience ordering labels from Label Planet. According to our system, you ordered 2,500 sheets of our LP3/210 REM labels on 19th September; as stated on our website, these labels are a made to order item with a despatch estimate of up to five working days. Your labels were despatched on the fifth working day (26th September) via a next working day carrier service. We are sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived; your order was despatched on the 29th August (due to the 28th being a bank holiday) via Royal Mail's first class service. Unfortunately, Royal Mail do not guarantee that items delivered via first class will arrive the next day and, while around 93% does arrive the next day, some items sent on this service may take a few days to arrive. Templates weren't even close, spent hours realigning and printing with no success. Wasted a whole pack of paper and a print cartridge. Don't waste your time.

The template was way off. After spending literally hours and tens of print runs trying to line them up, I've had to give it up as a bad job. Really poor and not recommendable at all 0/10

Royal Mail aim to deliver these items on the next working day but do not guarantee this and so items may take longer. your label are fake how can you say they are DVD or CD label when they have no hole how do you think we are going to put in the holes ? after sticking the label or before ? secondly how big on earth a dvd that size i order the a dvd label not an LP label please try to fit a cd on that sticker how are you going to trim it au you products are not value for money thanks

Here at Label Planet we supply a range of Circular Labels (which are standard round labels) and a range of CD/DVD Labels (which are designed specifically for use on CDs and DVDs and include both a central spindle hole and additional labels for adding labels to the CD or DVD case). The item you ordered was our LP2/144R, which is listed on our site as "Round Paper Labels, 144mm Diameter, 2 per sheet, LP2/144R" along with a product image to indicate that the product is a standard circular label - without a central spindle hole. If you would like to return the Circular Labels you ordered and exchange them for CD/DVDs Labels, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to arrange replacements for you.

From Very Good previously ALWAYS to Very Poor on this order - ordered on 17/03 and on 20/3 still not arrived. You have always delivered next day or the following day BUT to learn now it can take upto 5 days is not acceptable. Had I known I would have paid the extra £5.00.

We are very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived as quickly as you were hoping. We have double-checked our records and your labels were despatched by first class Royal Mail on the day you ordered them. However, Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver items the next day unless you pay for Special Delivery. This option is available on our website, as you go through the checkout process. Royal Mail's first class service is usually excellent with 93.3% of mail being delivered the next working day, but occasionally there is a delay which is why we always recommend that customers choose the Special Delivery option, or phone us for advice, if they need their labels in a hurry.

We received your order on Tues 17th February, 16:35pm and it was despatched the same day, via Standard Delivery, which is Royal Mail's first class service. While Royal Mail's terms state that they aim to deliver First Class items on the next working day, they do not guarantee this and items may take a few days extra to arrive. Kind regards, Label Planet
