“I believe I have just wasted £22 +, the label does not stick on my child's clothing so I have 14 sheets of label and no use for them. If there is an alternative that sticks to the clothing permanently I would be happy to know the name or product number !!”

We have two sites; labelplanet.co.uk supplies A4 sheets of labels for printing with laser & inkjet printers, and name-labels.com, which supplies stick on and iron on name labels for clothing and personal items. It seems you have ordered 25 sheets of LP14/99 GTP from our labelplanet website, which are not designed for use as name labels. “I wouldn't bother purchasing the standard 10 label per sheet labels as they are a completely different size to all the other equivalents labels. Why does this matter you ask? Well the code that supposedly relates to the right Avery code Label Planet provide doesn't exist and as the labels are a different size to all the others you can't get the right match. So I spent 30 minutes working this out and making a custom label and wasting 500 labels out of the 2500 labels I ordered which meant I had to go to staples and buy more which I should have done in the first place. Less hassle and probably less money!”

Thank you for leaving a review for Label Planet. We are sorry to hear you had problems with the labels you ordered from us. One of the reasons we specialise in A4 sheets of labels is that this allows us to offer a wider range of sizes than other suppliers, with the majority of these sizes available for same day despatch from stock. We currently have six label sizes that feature ten labels on one sheet; of these one doesn't have a compatible Avery code and one has an Avery code that is only included in some software packages. We have double checked your order details and you ordered 250 sheets of LP10/105 - these are square cut cornered rectangular labels measuring 105mm wide by 59.6mm high. Unfortunately, these labels are compatible with an Avery size that Avery has discontinued (DPS10) - which means that the template is not included in all software. The more "standard" 10 per sheet size is our LP10/99 size - these are rounded corner rectangular labels measuring 99.1mm wide by 57mm high (with the compatible Avery code L7173). We have templates for all of our label sizes available on our website for customers to download and use for free.
