Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear that you feel your order was delivered late. Your order was despatched on the next working day after it was placed and was delivered by Royal Mail's first class service within four working days of despatch. Usually, we advise that the majority of first class mail arrives next day but can take up to five working days to arrive. At the moment, there are some delays with the Royal Mail service due to the coronavirus pandemic so items may take up to seven working days. If you need to receive your order urgently, we do offer a next day delivery option. At the moment, Royal Mail are not guaranteeing that items will be delivered by 1pm but are aiming to ensure all next day items do arrive on the next working day. Kind regards, Label Planet

Labels arrived well packaged and when estimated, but after printing out onto the labels I found that they rub off, I bought the correct labels for the printer I have, but they are of no use.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you had some problems with printing your labels. While all of our products are designed for use with standard inkjet and laser printers, you may need to adjust your printer settings to print these sheets successfully. This is because labels are a different, thicker print medium compared to standard sheets of paper. Some printers have a specific "Labels" print setting, which adjusts how the printer works to ensure that you get high quality print on labels. If your printer doesn't have a specific Labels setting, you should try using a "Heavy" paper setting. We encourage any customers who have problems printing their labels to contact our Customer Service Team directly by phone or email (info@labelplanet.co.uk) so we can offer one-to-one advice for the specific issues they are experiencing to try to find a solution. The new waterproof label paper "for inkjets" jams my Brother inkjet EVERY page and I therefore am not impressed. Waste of money. And my email to their "info@labelpl..." of today has not been acknowledged or responded to.

After waiting over 7 days for delivery of these labels at £10.50 I went to the Range store in town and bought the exact same pack of labels for £2.99 so your labels are way to expensive and won't be getting any more custom from me.

We are sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order. Your order was despatched via our standard delivery service, which uses Royal Mail's first class service. Generally, this service is reliable with around 93% of first class items arriving next day. Unfortunately, Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery and so we do advise customers that this service can take up to five working days. For this reason we offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, which allows customers to ensure that their labels will arrive in plenty of time. We are not the cheapest supplier of labels, nor are we the most expensive. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible range of high quality products at great value prices; all of our labels are independently manufactured in the UK using high quality materials and manufacturing processes and we provide additional customer support and free resources such as our sample request service and our label templates. In the run up to Christmas, lead times of made to order items do extend due to increasing demand, which can mean that these items take a few extra days to be made and despatched. LP4/99MWP. Why don't you have some print on the reverse, Its almost impossible to get them the right way round in our printer. Having to examine each side closely is a pain. Also stripping off the backing is really difficult can't you make them crack back , for the price you should.

We have investigated the possibility of having print added to the back of our sheet labels but found that this would increase the cost of our products - making them less cost effective for our customers. We also avoid using crackback on our synthetic materials because adding strips in the backing sheet can cause deformities to the face material during manufacturing, storage, and printing. If any of our customers encounter a problem with the labels they receive from us, we recommend contacting our Customer Service Team directly so that we can look into potential solutions for the issues they have encountered. One of the labels were punched without proper ratio to edges. I bought them second time and again same problem. Next orders will be sent to another label supplier.

I bought labels LP12/64R HT - 12 labels per sheet, and LP6/88R GCP. Whilst the labels themselves are fine, the templates supplied are absolutely rubbish...first print was way off, and the round circles on the sheets showing where to ut the labels you want to print cannot be deleted, and as the positions in the template do not align with the 'actual' printed labels, bits of these appear on the labels themselves...tried various templates and also some from other sites...nothing worked well. even tried realigning the labels from previous prints myself with little joy...VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS THESE LABELS COST A LOT TO WASTE IN THIS FASHION - YOU NEED TO GET YOUR TEMPLATES SORTED...!!

We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties using the label templates we provide; all of our label templates are made using measurements taken from the cutters used to manufacture our labels and have been extensively tested to ensure they will produce the correct alignment. This does not mean that all of our customers can simply "press print" and get an accurate alignment; you need to make sure that the template and your printer settings are set up correctly for the unique combination of software and printer you are using. You need to make sure that your printer is set up to print to A4 and that no scaling options are applied; you may also need to adjust the page margins slightly to account for the starting print position of your printer model. Labels did not print on my printer without streaking and ghosting despite calling and running through technical printer set up with a Labelplanet employee. Very disappointing and frustrating as this was a tight deadline project and the labels were vital to completion. Needless to say the decline was not met. I will be requesting a full refund and returning the labels.

I bought labels from you thinking they would be comparable with Avery standard 14per page but they are not,and furthermore,compared with a small local shop I have found, your prices are over twice as expensive. Going into your template page wasn't very helpful either because we could not type on it or transfer files that we could edit. Overall not Avery good experience.

All of our templates have been thoroughly tested to ensure that they are accurate and compatible with both our labels and compatible Avery products. We are more than happy to provide support to customers who experience template and printing issues to help them resolve these problems. Looking at your order, we suspect that you have bought our square cut rectangular 14 per sheet labels (measuring 105mm x 42.42mm) instead of our round cut rectangular 14 per sheet labels (measuring 99.1 x 38.1mm) - which are compatible with the standard Avery size L7163. For some reason the wrong name was on the delivery address (despite it being correct on the confirmation email) and the labels I ordered went AWOL for a week. Product seems fine, just at a loss as to where they got the alternative name from!

We were very surprised to hear that all the delivery details were correct apart from the name so we took a closer look into this to see what could have happened. We discovered that the company address had, in fact, been added to our despatch system when an order was placed by another employee five years ago - which is where the incorrect name came from. The delivery and stickers are fine, - but the templates you provide to fit your labels are useless!

Hello Susan, Thank you for your review. We do apologise for the problems you have experienced with our template. Unfortunately this particular product is supplied to us with a non-central alignment and isn't available with a central alignment. We have ensured that the margins on our template reflect the non-central alignment and we will be updating our packaging on the small number of products we supply that are not centrally aligned to help avoid this issue in the future. You say your product lp 4045 c is the same as L7654 but it is not and nothing matches
