“I bought labels from you thinking they would be comparable with Avery standard 14per page but they are not,and furthermore,compared with a small local shop I have found, your prices are over twice as expensive. Going into your template page wasn't very helpful either because we could not type on it or transfer files that we could edit. Overall not Avery good experience.”

All of our templates have been thoroughly tested to ensure that they are accurate and compatible with both our labels and compatible Avery products. We are more than happy to provide support to customers who experience template and printing issues to help them resolve these problems. Looking at your order, we suspect that you have bought our square cut rectangular 14 per sheet labels (measuring 105mm x 42.42mm) instead of our round cut rectangular 14 per sheet labels (measuring 99.1 x 38.1mm) - which are compatible with the standard Avery size L7163.
