“100% unprofessuonal. Felt like getting scammed. Lost 50€, placed an order, never recieved a shipping confirmation email. After I asked 10 days later what was up they let me wait another few days only to then tell me the items I had ordered were NEVER in stock.”
“The first time I purchased Lagunamoon Essential Oils were on Amazon, and I was pleasantly surprised. The essential oils themselves seem to be of good quality and the price was great! I decided to make a purchase from the online store (Lagunamoon.com) and placed the order on September 25, 2021. It is now November 2, 2021, and no Lagunamoon Essential Oils!
I think it would be a better business practice (at this point I feel as I have been scammed) to make a note on their website or a small pop-up message that it would take an indefinite time before a customer will receive their order and the customer can make a conscious choice if they want to wait that long (like forever?).
Another complaint (which is the main reason for writing this review) is that after writing a message to them asking where my order is (on October 27), I did not receive any message back from them; I messaged them on their “contact us” page, and I also called, but no answer.
Only offering supplies no matter how good they are is not sufficient when it comes to running a business, obviously, providing the goods on time is critical although sometimes it might take longer, but shouldn’t they then let their customers know? And more importantly, staying in contact with its customer and providing basic customer service (at the least), should be mandatory. I will not be buying from this online store again.”
“This is really sad because the oils are great. It's their customer service and shipping that really sucks. I ordered oil and it took from 14 Sep til 6 Oct for them to get them here! The shipping label information the company sent to me indicated that the package had not even been sent out until 2 Oct 2021! And that was only after I had emailed several times about this package. It seems they created the label with the tracking number but didn't bother to send the package! Every time I contacted customer service they asked me to wait. Like I said the oils are great, but I would not deal with this company again”
“i bought 3 oils through Ali. I know essential oils very well and can tell you their oils are fake. For example Rose is usually a thick red substance. Theirs is clear and runny like any simple oil. Same for Jasmine of theirs. Their Sandalwood smells like perfume not like ay type of real Sandalwood (santalum album, spicata or amyrillys). And the real Santalum is thick, theirs is runny and oily like all their oils. The rose and jasmine smell real but they have obviously diluted them majorly.”

“Lagunamoon is the worst brand I've ever tried. I've been buying all different types of brands d find the best ones for its buck. These are just super synthetic smelling and if you are wanting to use oils in your body care/ hair care I do not recommend.i have to admit they do smell good (very much like incense).”
“The essential oils come out in streams rather than drops, making it very difficult to control the fragrance. Sent a note to the company and they requested my order number. I sent it right away but never heard from them again, even after asking for help. Very disappointed in product and customer service. (I think it is from China.)”
