Lakelands guarantee on your products is for three years ,I bought a prestige MIC SCPA approximately two and a half yrs ago i paid cash at the time . Just recently the pan bottom split I took it back to your store in Beverley and because i did not have the receipt from two and a half yrs ago and I did not pay with my debit card the Manager said there was nothing she could do about it. I did purchase another pan but felt a little disappointed with the outcome .

Why am I waiting SO long for my order??i placed 11 days ago which included items needed for Church Christmas Fayre this coming Saturday,e.g. Lemon marmalade and packaging for cakes. Communication from carrier to say order received by them on the Tuesday and nothing since. Very disappointed Lakeland
