“Lamps arrived quickly but were badly packed, one was damaged. However, this was dealt with very quickly and two replacements arrived promptly. They were fine.”

“Unfortunately I never received it. As it was sent to a completely different address, so I had to buy another one! I can't even send the item back for a refund as I do not have it. I'm not happy about this at all!”

“I have sent one already, but I was completely satisfied with the ordering and delivery processes, and impressed by the security of the packing of the lamp tubes. Pity that other larger tubes I needed are no longer available, so Lampshop couldn't provide them.”
