“The goods arrived promptly and were as described, although the 'tubes' could have done with a little more protection in the packaging. I watched the deliverer drop them from the back of his vehicle onto the pavement, and consequently had to test each one to ensure it had not been damaged.”

“They’re nice enough units and I can see how they would be useful in certain relighting situations but they are very self assembly and oddly I couldn’t get the facia attaching piece to fit inside the unit. However service from the lamp shop perfect as always!”

“Price was good, but the packing (for a fragile glass lamp) was woeful - it was posted in a basic jiffy bag and arrived with the lamp's thin-card box all mangled. Quite frankly, I'm surprised the glass didn't break. The lamp itself seems to be working (so far), but I expect that it's taken years off the lamp's expected lifetime. I would've expected a "lamp shop" to understand the importance of the "packaging" aspect of P&P but was sadly disappointed.”
