“You delivered the wrong goods then claimed the goods I ordered were no longer in stock as the manufacturer had changed the specification. Despite this the goods I ordered remain for sale on your website, they are also advertised on a number of other websites. The only redeeming feature is that I was offered a full refund.”

As mentioned in our correspondence, suppliers like to change tiny details such as lowering the wattage slightly (for energy saving purposes) and fail to inform us.
