“The Emergency/LED Lighting Battens are just the job. We used them as new units in our clubhouse WC's . They were easy to install & so very bright. A full 12 hours later the Emergency batteries were charged & tested . Even the Emergency lighting is bright enough too & will stay on up to 3 hours. So LampShopOnline we will be using your services again, many more battens to replace.”

“Very prompt and helpful reply to my email query. So ordered my fluescent tube, resonably priced, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered next day however it was damaged. Advised LampShopOnline of this, no problem at all, very apologetic, sent me a replacement within 2 days. Great, thank you.”

“Philips 5ft 58w 840 T8 Fluorescent Tube - Cool White Purchase this great bargain went for next day delivery which was more then the item itself. Placed my ordered but unfortunately didn't receive email of order detail. Order came 3 days later after paying for next day delivery email company found them to be so rude and not helpful or bother. Finally receive it but damage the whole tube was in pieces... I rang them straight away email them proof and were helpful on the phone. Ended up receiving my item the next day in one piece. Was disappointed but still got it after waiting almost a week. Can't complain regarding product price but delivery prices ridiculous.”

“Shopping online was easy and clear except I couldn’t find to collect the old machine to replace the new one and no option was given for when the machine is delivered, only after the appliance was purchased, I got the delivery notification for over 2 week wait! Overall the machine is reasonably priced and look I forward to use it once it arrives”
