“The process of ordering up till delivery went smooth. It's a pity that cost of shipment is as much as the light bulb itself.”

“Super helpful staff to assist in finding the right products. First shipment of two 5 foot LED tubes was fast and well packaged, unfortunately both tubes were smashed inside. The team requested photo evidence and quickly arranged a replacement. I have just opened it and both tubes are again smashed. Package is secure, not sure if they’re going in broken or DHL are using the package as a baseball bat? I’ll be trying one more time.”
