“The process was very simple and easy. Only giving 3* for two reasons. No receipt or invoice was received (only trail of payment is my own bank transaction). And asked for conveyancing pack (which cost the most) and didn't even receive it. Had to send a complaint back to the team before being sent the document???
Not worth the cost when everything should have been automated.”

We provide official copies of the title register and title plan as well as other conveyancing documents held via HM Land Registry. We do not claim or pretend to be the UK Government or HM Land Registry, this is displayed on our website and throughout our terms and conditions.
At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves.
The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house).

“It was what I ordered but it was a plan showing the fence boundary and who has responsibility so this was not really what I wanted as I already have a hard copy of this”

“Paid £90 for conveyancing info on 2 properties, 1 property excluded the 1 acre of land info purchased by the current owner, the 2nd property being leasehold excluded all conveyancing info and presented only the freeholders deed info, this organisation back in the 90s was very helpfully informative, now it is nothing more than a obstructive unhelful systemic centre of profiteering”

“They provided a document, yes. Was it the correct document pertaining to the property? Yes, HOWEVER this Document is 20 years out of date and absolutely of no use what so ever to me.
This is not what they are supposedly selling, and at £45 per document, (I paid for two) an expensive con at the best!
Watch out! They are a company that catches you off guard when you need a copy of your deeds, they take your money, then send whatever they find on the internet, this is definitely a company to AVOID
I have complained, and I am not surprised by the fact that they have not replied”
