“I have had accassion to use this service, for the first time, twice in the past week. It is a very straight forward site to use as it actually leads one through the process of filling the application form.
The response time is unbelievably fast whether one pays extra for getting the information within the hour or not.

“The title deed I requested online came into my in box within 15 minutes. I did pay the extra amount to receive it quickly, and whilst feeling this service was a little expensive, I was nevertheless impressed by the service. I was also notifified of other titles relating to the property I was enquiring about.”

“When requesting these documents I did not realise I was not in the Gov. site and it was only when they arrived, very quickly I might add, did my husband note you were a private organisation. What you provided I could have purchased myself for £7 per document and I may have received more information than you provided.
This was entirely my fault, I should have double checked, however the additional cost incurred through you does not appear commiserate to the time it would have taken you to find the information and send out.”
