“I was disappointed to pay the £10 fee for delivery of documents within the hour to then be sent the incorrect documents. The next day I chased this multiple times before finally getting the correct documents sent to me mid afternoon. Whilst I did get the documents it took a lot longer than the 1 hour I paid for.
Update - since my review I’ve been refunded the fast track cost which is appreciated and upped my star review to take customer service into account.”

“Fast response and comprehensive documentation. Only complaint is that the question I placed in the comment box was not answered. It was regarding that as my son had paid off his mortgage in full, if the previous mortgage company would feature in the paper work. I assume no reply meant it would not.”
“I didn’t get much info from the deeds, but the service was fast so that was maybe worth the extra money. Next time I would definitely just use the government site - much cheaper tho a bit slower.”
