“Unfortunately I didn't get the answers I needed and paid for paperwork I already had and did not realise it was the same I was ordering the response I must say from the staff was exceptional I must have driven them mad but they still came back with suggestions although didn't help and I was no further forward”

“I did get a little confused with some of the language and also with how many options there were and initially spent £14 on copies before realising they weren't what I was looking for or needing. The £59.99 bundle were the correct version [downloadable and printed copies sent to my address]. I will be glad to have the deeds to my house in my house.”
