“I did not get it as I paid for and promised within one hour when I got it two days later I was expecting a lot more for the money. I spent £59 whatever three bits of paper. Since Ben informed you should’ve cost no more than £11, I will be looking at taking this further.”

“As I have already informed you I cancelled my order when you said you could only supply me with part of my order and emailed me information on a property that was demolished over 50 years ago ( you did refund me about 50% of cost). Before you sent out any more information I again told you I did not require the information as I required it earlier and missed my deadline as you didn’t forward me any correct details. I would be grateful if you could refund me the full amount.”
