“Massively overpriced. I received the same information from Land Registry Scotland for an absolute fraction. The report fr Land Registry UK cost close to £50 when the exact same report from Land Registry Scotland cost £3.60. I’ll admit error on my part for not shopping around, so avoid and dont make the same mistake i did.”

“Excellent service from Sophie, thank you. But disappointed that after purchasing a copybook deeds and not the full conveyance pack I was told therewas more info and need to buy conveyance pack to get the details. So spent £45 on this only to find there was nothing except the builders name etc. Certainly not worth extra £45 in my opinion. Otherwise, Sophie was really helpful on the CS side replying quickly to my email.”
