“Really disgusted with how it was dealt with, I also had an on going issue due to a payment for title deeds being changed and still not being corrected or even responded to.
I asked for a full refund as the deeds were incorrect and explained what they should be and still no repsonse .”

“I was shocked to find that the cost of an online copy of a single registration document has risen by a factor of 8 (£3 to £24) since my previous request only a few years ago. How can that be justified when the process is entirely automatic? And also that there is seemingly no way of identifying the precise document wanted prior to buying it. And why can't the words and plan be bundled together because each is incomplete without the other. On the plus side the process was instantaneous.”
