“I have recentley placed my property on the market and all of the valuers i commisioned advised that i hold a plot of land along with my existing plot - however i have tried and paid nearly £100 soo far and am no where nearing proving my ownership of the additional plot. I know i own my property but apparently purchased a plot of land in addition in 2001 which was still retain by my title number.”

“I ordered and paid for a copy of my property details to ascertain my bounday details and who was responsible for which boundary.
The copy I received had a red line drawn around the boundary with no "T" indicating who is reponsible for the up keep. I emailed you back asking if you could help me. NO RESPONSE! You now ask for my comments, I wonder whether I will get a reponse now.”
