“£60 I paid because I needed paperwork of the layout of my front garden because my neighbour has fenced it off leaving me with nothing but a drive and land registry sent me a Birds Eye view of my whole estate not including front gardens. I just wanted my house like I asked for and I rang up and was told they sent what I paid for (it was them that told me what I needed to order)”

We provide official copies of the title register and title plan as well as other conveyancing documents held via HM Land Registry. We do not claim or pretend to be the UK Government or HM Land Registry, this is displayed on our website and throughout our terms and conditions.
Please note that there is a key difference between the documents available from Gov.uk and ourselves. At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves.
The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house).

“What a con I thought this was a HMRC site it was not charged me over £40 for documents I could have got for £9 from HMRC their site looks official it is not tried to get my money back only to be told they would not refund all only less than 5 minutes of realising what I had done.
The bank has sympathy but stated they were just very clever how they conducted business”
