“Firstly, although I provided the full, correct adfress & postcode, I was sent the details of a house in Wales (I live in Cumbria)...
Then, after complaining, I was sent a plot that was my plot, but had the wrong house number assigned to my plot & no details about boundaries. I said that this was useless to me & asked for a refund, but have no reply. Why should I pay for a piece of paper with incorrect information on it ? It's useless. I can't use it for anything at all. I want my money back.”

“My documents reffered to restrictive covenants, but did not describe them in any way. I only paid for this service, so I could find out what they were and who owns which fences, so am not particularly happy
