“While I was pleased at the efficiency and speed of the response, with a clearly amended document correcting the wording from southeast to the correct southwest in the wording of the Note, I think it would have helped if the letter 'T' had been inserted on an amended plan.”

“The documants I ordered arrived within the day.
I didnt really appreciate the up-selling of 'products', the nudge reminders etc
Also there wasnt a clear explanation of the benefits of each of the separate documents - which I think would be very useful.”

“Absolute rubbish jargon used, most people will not understand the the technical terms used, will be confused by the jargon and will pay money for a service or documents they did not want. Then pay again and again to get the documents that they require. Please sort out the the wording of what you are providing. It is not hard to put civil lawyer jargon into simple, understandable words, it it? Many people loose out because of the language you use in your service. The rich understand, the uneducated miss out.
Please sort it out. You say you are not a government body. Who do I complain about your organisation?”
“Very easy to start a search online. PDF came very quickly on email. I have also ordered paper copies which should arrive soon.
