“Completely competent, received exactly what l asked for. I was so relieved to find the competence as, as with the majority of people on the phone or even dealing with authorities, businesses people simply have no idea as to what they are doing therefore it's a hopeless battle to get anywhere.

“We asked for a copy of the deeds knowing that the properties either side of the one we requested had adjusted their boundaries. What we received from the Land Registry was out of date information and of such a poor quality. This forced us to go down the solicitor route.
I feel that the Land Registry service is just a legal way to extort funds from none legal people. Didn't do anything useful for us at all.”
