We provide official copies of the title register and title plan as well as other conveyancing documents held via HM Land Registry. We do not claim or pretend to be the UK Government or HM Land Registry, this is displayed on our website and throughout our terms and conditions.
Please note that there is a key difference between the documents available from Gov.uk and ourselves. At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves.
The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house).

A Title Plan and Title Register are entirely different from Lease and Transfer documents, as they serve different purposes. All of our prices are clearly listed on our website for full transparency.
The Lease and Transfer documents were offered to you as optional purchases, with their respective price clearly displayed at the time.
