“The service was very quick and efficient- the email arriving within a couple of hrs. However I feel that the fee of £50 was excessive. The document does show the boundaries of my property but I was hoping for more detail - ie which side of the boundary I am responsible for”

“A more or less instant response to my request which was good, would be useful to have some form of "preview" of what I was purchasing to see if that was actually what I needed!”
“What you supplied was very good and amazing quick. Unfortunately although you offered to send the Deeds and charged me for that, the next day you wrote and saidwedont have them online, so we have refunded that cost (which you imediatel did).
But not receiving the Deeds is causing me a lot of trouble, I had believed that you always kept a copy, now I am in great difficulties. You have handled things quickly but failed on finding the most important thing I neded.
