“I have used the Land Registry a number of times, for an unusual and difficult task.
This was to establish ownership of two garages, unattached and unassociated with any nearby property.
I succeeded in this eventually but the whole process did seem expensive.

“The paperwork i expected wasn't sent. Had to enquire. Then correct paperwork sent. Still think it was expensive for what we received. However, no choice as solicitor doesn't have the deeds after moving office.”

“Obviously paid much more than we would have done if we had gone to the Government Land Registry site.
I admit I did sign up to this in error, thinking it was actually the Land Registry .Gov site but none the less, I got very good ,fast and efficient service, so I am very happy and might well use the fast track service again if i needed a quick service”
