“I Was not expecting pdf files. but!!! arrived a couple of minutes after payment, Could really have issued them much cheaper, I did not like that they can only be requestede the one time.Quite expensive for what they were!”

“Service was good . Got documents very quick . My only little complaint would be the pricing. All different pricing. I didn't get the Conveyancing pack as not sure what you get in it . Maybe if they had details of it I may have purchased it . Other than that all good”

“Prompt service - but I feel ripped off as the building society used to pass info on when a mortgage is redeemed.
I picked the £10 option - not sure why the total process cost £59.90.
However the 1 hour service was good - all done & dusted in 15 minutes.”
