One big problem was when ordering the conveyancing pack they had a system error that seemingly couldn't be fixed so know conveyancing pack ..was very awkward for a few days. Not Sophie' fault and refund has been implemented.”

“I have had two files - the first one over the weekend took Friday to Monday to arrive even on email. The second was virtually by return of email. The plans very small and don’t show whose responsibility boundaries are, that is no ‘T’ shown even though referred to in the written document.”

“Excellent quick reply email and received documents fast online.
However, there doesn't seem to be any T marks on the fence line especially on title plan so we don't know which fence belongs to us!”

“I did get a little confused with some of the language and also with how many options there were and initially spent £14 on copies before realising they weren't what I was looking for or needing. The £59.99 bundle were the correct version [downloadable and printed copies sent to my address]. I will be glad to have the deeds to my house in my house.”

“I was disappointed to pay the £10 fee for delivery of documents within the hour to then be sent the incorrect documents. The next day I chased this multiple times before finally getting the correct documents sent to me mid afternoon. Whilst I did get the documents it took a lot longer than the 1 hour I paid for.
Update - since my review I’ve been refunded the fast track cost which is appreciated and upped my star review to take customer service into account.”
“Fast response and comprehensive documentation. Only complaint is that the question I placed in the comment box was not answered. It was regarding that as my son had paid off his mortgage in full, if the previous mortgage company would feature in the paper work. I assume no reply meant it would not.”
