“The Land registry initially supplied the wrong documents, including to British Gas who think I am the owner of some railway arches and have sent me no less than three bills because BG have decided that I operate a business there. I then asked Land Registry for the correct documents which came swiftly.”

“This was a nice quick and simple online service. However, Having bought a copy of my deeds I was sent an email saying that there were further documents I could download at an extra cost. I could have done with an explanation as to what these other documents were in relation to the ones I had already downloaded. For example, were they a bundle that included what I had already received, or something additional and how useful would they have been to me. I've not purchased the second offering.”

“They failed to read the request properly which means i was charged twice for exactly the same information. Having been informed of this they rectified the problem immediately and sent me the information requested very quickly.”
