“While I was pleased at the efficiency and speed of the response, with a clearly amended document correcting the wording from southeast to the correct southwest in the wording of the Note, I think it would have helped if the letter 'T' had been inserted on an amended plan.”

“Remarkably easy to use and obtain the land registry documents from the site, which is unusual for a government department in my experience!
Only negative comment, I paid extra for a quick turnaround of 1 hour for two title deeds. The first set of title deeds were received within a few minutes, the second set had a query they wanted answering, which I did on return. This clearly caused the "clock to be reset" and they didn't keep the quick turnaround time, the deeds arrived days later not within a hour or even two.
I was refunded my extra payment because of this delay, but the matter was time senistive my end so it caused problems. Sadly this is where the government approach to timescales must have kicked in!”

“In my case the info I required was in two sections. Each time I was required to to pay. It maybe a problem unique to me. Let's hope this wasn't standard procedure.”

“I received my Official Copy of Register of Title but it does not show a T or H on the plan of our property which would indicate who is responsible for boundary fencing. This was the reason that I requested the documents. How can I find this information?”
“I cannot criticise the service but I really only wanted a paper copy but seems I had to pay about 50 pounds to get an email first . There was no option for only the paper copy so I kind feel a bit annoyed that I had to pay for an email copy. I'm probably being a bit petty here but that's how I feel. Cannot criticise the time to receive the copy or the email.”

“Easy to use site. Prompt receipt of electronic copies via email. Postal version received a few days later - not sure if this is value for money (if at all required) given the additional cost. Overall, if you need documents in a very short timescale as I did, highly recommended. However, the cost is extortionately high for what you actually receive and you do not (to my knowledge) have much of an alternative for a genuine quality service.”
