“It’s obviously a good sharp shaver however every time I try to use it it gives me such bad anxiety as all it does it cut me. I followed advice of literally not applying any pressure to the shaver and letting the weight of the shaver do the work but even that has cut me badly, I’m left with scars on my legs! Not great for summer. I’ve kept the shaver but unfortunately it isn’t my ‘go-to’.”

Just over emphasise the no pressure part of the start. Hold the razor and a 30 degree angle and go really slow.
It will take a wee bit of time to adjust but once you get it, you'll speed up and not have any cuts.

“Unfortunately I don't see any difference I normally shave once a week and still have to even using this product.
I did find the razor very heavy to start with don't get me wrong it's a, beautiful piece.
I'm still getting used to using it so will persevere with it as I really don't want to go back to plastic. I do think it could be slightly cheaper as I like to have 2 razors for different parts of my body but can't justify another 31 pound just for that as I like to have the stand also.
The replacement razor are a brilliant idea and the razor bank genuinely is fantastic and so much safer 😊😊”
“Great razor if you are in the bath. I use it in the shower and have cut my skin multiple times with it now. I’ve got cuts everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend for new beginners starting to shave.
All in all, easy to use and doesn’t waste plastic.”

It really should give you the same results whether you're in the bath or the shower. The only reason I can think of is perhaps the shower takes a little longer to open the pores etc.
It might be worth waiting a bit longer in the shower before beginning to shave.

“Really close to skin shave almost looks like I got a wax so it is orally good cause I can go longer without shaving as it doesn’t grow back as fast. 🙂 but I nearly always cut myself even when used as instructed.. so it takes longer to shave now cause I have to be so careful. I will stick with this razor for now as I’m happy with the end result regardless and cheaper then getting all the disposable razors”

It can take a while to get the hang of it which is frustrating but I'm glad to hear you're experiencing the right end results.
The one thing that really helped me with cuts in the beginning was making sure my skin was really warm. This makes the hair nice and soft but also prepares your skin better for shaving.
We're working on making some clearer guides to get the most from the razor. It might be a month or 6 weeks from completion but I'll send you one when we've got them 🙂.
