“Every experience I’ve had with this POS company has been horrible. I truly wish they would do the world a favor, and SHUT DOWN. Just GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Why Amazon continues to use this fly by night place is beyond myself and several customers! After having several of my packages STOLEN from IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING because they are too lazy, incompetent, and ghetto ratchet to read labels or follow instructions, I decided to give these jack rabbits one more chance, and place another order with Amazon. And guess what?! These stupid incompetent nincompoops STILL haven’t delivered my package, but claim that they ‘attempted’ to deliver it! WTF does attempt even mean?!?!?!? No call, no buzzer, no nothing. And then they have the unmitigated GALL to place you on hold for HOURS and never answer their phones. They’re probably chimpanzees working the customer service floor, because it’s quite clear that reptilians drive their trucks. I am OVER this POS company. And for those of you who feel the same way, but too scared to speak out: YOU’RE WELCOME.”
“I'm waiting for an underdog lawyer to take on a class action lawsuit against this company and sue them for theft! They, like everyone else has stated, claimed my packaged was scanned on the vehicle at 10:18am and left at my door at 10:19am- what Superman can get to my door in 1 minute? I called to investigate and Lasership read from a script saying they updated my tracking and did everything on their end, and I said "ok, how about let's start with breaking down to find the driver on that day and route that "delivered my bedding" and they HUNG UP ON ME. THE FBI NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY ASAP.”
“Package was moving along nicely and then it got to the destination city and sat there for a week. I called and they opened up a case. Two days later it said out for delivery, I then proceeded to go out to my porch to wait for them. I refreshed the tracking number and it says delivered at front porch. They were never here. They are thieves and falsify records. My advice is to not open a case with them and let it just sit as undelivered because if you open a case and give them the tracking number then you give them the opportunity to just falsify the record and put it in as delivered in which case you won’t be able to get a refund from sender. I work at the post office and I know with are scanners, you don’t have to have the package to scan it delivered. You just need the tracking number and you can manually enter it in and say it was delivered which is what I assume they did.”
“Companies ive been ordering from for years have started using LaserShip and for the first time ever im having problems consistently now.
-multiple packages arrived damaged.
-drivers signing for packages and saying delivered but no packages at house.
-throwing neighbors packages in my yard when if you looked at house numbers you would know its wrong house.”
“At 6 am April 16 2021 a driver in a white Lasership van cut in front of me, dangerously close. I saw him weaving around in my rearview mirror. I had to slam on my brakes as he jerked the van from the middle lane to the far left lane. I was on I 70 W near the route 97 overpass.He was probably going 90 mph. He went from lane to lane. Eventually I got beside him because he had gotten behind a state trooper Suv and slowed down. I had to get over and get his license number. Now I can take time out of my busy day to try to let anyone I can know about this dangerous wanna be driver. Maryland temporary tag 99875Z2

“LaserShip once again misdirected my package and failed to communicate what is happening to it. Customer service at that company doesn't seem to exist so I have no way to find out if the package is coming late or not at all.”
“My driver took a picture of two boxes and took one back with him. My package was opened and tapped back shut. I had two boxes of the same item and one package was missing. The other was tampered with.”
“My order was delivered in another house, cause the picture that the driver show as a proof is not my house, first the only option that they give you to contact them is by email, fine, they respond less than 24 hours telling me that they are sorry for the inconvenience but that if I didn’t received my package I have to contact the seller “ so they give my item to another person and just said talk to the seller 🤦🏻♀️”

“I love in a large apartment complex. Every building has about 8 apartments. Entry to the buildings is locked. To gain access to the apartments you have to have a key to the building or you must buzz the apartment you are visiting or delivering to. Delivery drivers have the option of obtaining keys from the management office, which is open 7 days a week. We also have a locker system that carriers can put packages in. There are numerous options. Despite this array of options, the drivers for Laser Ship think it is appropriate to leave packages outside of the buildings by the main door. In other words, an insecure area. I have had a few packages stolen.
However, this last incident involves them delivering to, judging by the picture, a house. The notes say it was left at the "front door". I live in an apartment, I don't have a front door. The picture looks like the package was left on a porch. Again, I am an apartment dweller, I do not have a porch.
I have complained to this business through their "customer service" number and by calling one of the local terminals. For this case I have called and emailed. Nothing has been resolved.
1 star is generous. Avoid retailers that use them. Ulta and Chewy use them in the Indianapolis area.

“If I could leave ZERO stars I would. They refused to deliver my packages from Kohl's and Old Navy at the UPS Store where I have a rental box to receive all my mail and packages. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Will never order anything that has to be shipped through this company!!”
“I place an order with fashionova and they used this cheap company. My order said delivered at front door but it was never delivered. I looked around & asked my neighbours but nothing was there. I have a secure package hub in my residence, I wonder why it wasn’t delivered there. I can’t believe they stole my package!!!!! I’ll never place an order with any company that uses Lasership ever!”
“The driver simply dropped the package over the front gate that leads up to front porch. He didn't even bother coming thru the gate to bring the package to our front porch. It was dark, around 7:30 pm and my husband happened to witnessed this due to to hearing a vehicle stop and the sound of a motor running and looked out the front window. Essentially, the package was free for the taking. Ridiculous.”
“The worst delivery service ever! They constantly lose or leave my packages at a wrong, unknown location. So far 3 pairs of shoes, 3 boots and Sephora makeup all "lost"!
Did I mention I have 24 hours concierge and lockers to receive packages. Where do they find these drivers? Who doesn't have GPS? I try not to order anywhere that uses LaserShip.”
“There should be a way to give no stars! I have now received 2 shipments via LaseShip. For the first one, the driver pulled in, dug around in the van, and announced that the package was lost. When I called the LaserShip customer service number, I was told that the shipment was out for delivery. It did arrive the next day and was deposited in a puddle of water! The entire bottom half of the package was wet. Luckily, the medical supplies inside were okay.
The next time a delivery was schedule for LaserShip, I requested that the package NOT be left by the garage but be put on the front porch out of the rain. Guess were I found my package? That's right, it was once again behind the garage in a (small) puddle of water.
This company consistently provides lousy service.”
