“If I could rate my delivery experience a zero I would! I placed my order on 12/22/20 with Old Navy and used the expedited shipping since this was a Christmas gift for my child. As of 12/24/20 LaserShip claims they attempted to deliver but couldn’t because they needed more information. I called LaserShip and provided my phone number and where my address is considering I’m in a new development I gave them the benefit of the doubt as to why they couldn’t find my address. It’s now 12/29/20 and I don’t have my package even though lasership’s website claims they delivered on 12/28/20. I have opened an investigation to locate my packages because what’s interesting is I have a 2nd package from another company, Fabletics, that I placed an order back on 12/14/20 and lasership has been trying to deliver since 12/20/20, they claim that my address requires more information even though I have provided them with additional details of where I live at as of 12/24th when I called in reference to the old navy tracking information. All companies need to cut ties with this courier. All of lasership reviews are the same, packages claim to be delivered and customers in fact don’t have their packages so I am not the only one complaining. Now I have to wait 2 more business days for the investigation to be completed. I will be calling Old Navy & Fabletics if I don’t receive my packages. I have never experienced this before when I previously have placed orders with Old Navy and they use usps in the past. I have no problems receiving packages from other couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. When I first moved in my residence back Nov of 2020 when the other couriers couldn’t find my address they called me and I explained how to get here. Now that it’s December my residence is now showing up in the Apple Maps and google maps so I don’t understand what the problem is?! Why is it so difficult to find my address & why can’t lasership call me when they have my number?! This company is the worst!”
“I ordered items from Fashionova in November 2020. Was meant to be delivered on 12/9/20. Suddenly delivery date changed to 12/16/20 and then to 12/21/20 and then no information as to where my order is and then 01/4/2021. I reached out to Fashionova and the couldn't tell where this package is. Contacted quadpay and as soon as this issue was escalated, Lasership wrote Quadpay that my package was delivered on the 12/18/20 and boom I got an update that my package has been delivered on 12/11/20.
Is this some time travel bullcrap? How can an order that is currently in Oklahoma waiting to get to Maryland as at 12/19/20 all of a sudden got delivered on 12/11/20?
Every business need to severe ties with this crook, lying, fraudulent courier service. I'm so frustrated cos those items were specifically placed on a black Friday for a reason. A refund will not do any justice to this injustice. This is pure robbery without arms. Do they”
“I placed an order with Williams Sonoma on December 9th. Label created December 10th. Origin scan in Orlando, Florida December 13th. Arriived at final servicing facility in Tampa, Florida December 16th. Funny thing is it scanned again as arriving at final servicing facility in Tampa,Florida on December 17th as well. It is now December 21st and I still have no package and I only live less than 30 miles from Tampa, Florida. Tracking results say estimated delivery date December 20th. Apparently Lasership has perfected time travel because I am pretty sure that December 20th was yesterday and unless you can travel back in time, there is no way to delivery a package BEFORE THE CURRENT DATE! Horrible customer service. I have sent multiple messages to NO response.”

“My package (for Christmas) arrived at their facility, which is about 45 minutes from my house) on December 11th, then apparently "lost" by December 13th. It has not been returned to the company where I made the original purchase. I find this very suspicious, and I will be checking before purchasing anything from a company that uses this shipping company in the future.”
“L’ange uses a shipping company named Lasership. Lasership is a horrible shipping company. My package was scanned to its final destination facility on 6 Dec 2020. It is now 19 Dec 2020, still no package. I have contacted lasership customer service several times. They just give me the standard line, " should be delivered in 1 to 2 business days". I also contacted the final destination facility and they said they would look into it and give me a call back with a status. Its been 5 days since i called and still no phone call. Each day the estimated delivery date is pushed out another day. If it makes it from Charlotte, NC to Tampa, FL in 2 days, I'm sure 13 days would be efficient time to deliver it to me. My guess, its sitting under a pile of packages at the facility, it’s lost or someone in the shipping company stole it. Bottom line, this review is PAR for this company according to every review i have seen on multiple sites going back several years. Shame on L’ange for using this company. Now my wife won’t get this Xmas present that she really wanted. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it.”
“My order has been sitting in my home town for 5 days now and every day it says it's going to be delivered. I have yet to see it delivered. I called Ulta and they can't do anything about it at this point. Seriously you ship $300 worth of products and you can't do anything or get in contact with the shipper. Horrible.”
“I would not recommend this company at all. I placed a order from Fashion Nova in September Lasership was the carrier. I tracked my package it was transit in the state I live in. A day or two later the package was in another state. Not to long after it said delivered attempt made & my package was sent back to fashion nova. How can you make an attempt to deliver my package in another state. I order from Bath & body works Lasership said it was delivered at my front door on December 11 at 9:37pm. I’m home at that time so I check the porch & no package. I also rewind my camera back just to see they never delivered the package. Bath & body works sent me a replacement order & used Lasership again. I track the package of course it said it was delivered at my front door on December 17th at 2:37pm. Once again I’m home & rewind the camera. There was no package & no packages was delivered at my house at all that day. Do not use this company at all.”

If LaserShip is going to be delivering your packages DO NOT place the order or call the company to request a different carrier for delivery! I have had prior issues with this company not delivering my packages or delivering them days after the tracking showed it was delivered. The final straw was when my package containing several Christmas gifts that was supposed to be delivered on 12/12/20 went missing and then magically was delivered three hours after I called to inquire about the location of my package. THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!!! To make matters worse the tracking shows that items were loaded onto the vehicle at 5:08 pm and delivered to me at 5:14 pm. HOW??? Loaded onto a vehicle and delivered in six minutes from a location that is over 30 minutes away from my home. Fortunately, I have video surveillance to prove it was never delivered. I have notified Amazon of this issue and requested that any future shipments not be delivered by this carrier or I will have to cancel my prime membership.”

“Witnessed the driver throw the package from behind my fence. Fence has no lock on it. FedEx Amazon and UPS deliver just fine but this guy throws it and when confronted dosen't even offer an apology. Called the phone number I found for them and his superior just made excuses. Terrible service all around.”

Lasership claimed they tried to deliver it to a business but since the business was closed they could not. My address is a house. They now cannot find the order or shipping information (it says it doesn't exist?).

“Same old "losing" packages excuse. Same old auto response email saying that they're "investigating it" and it should take "2 business days". Then you'll get the "we're sorry" bit but still "looking into it". The final email will say something like "oops, can't find it, contact the seller". Meanwhile, they're enriching themselves on the back end and laughing all the way to the bank. It's a racket. Look them up. Greenbriar Equity Group, a private equity firm, took them over in 2018. Did that make a difference in the corruption and bad business practices? Doesn't appear so. Looked up "Lasership" on Wikipedia. There's a section called "Disputes and settlements: Package tossing, property damage, and theft".
It's all there, proof with video surveillance, news reports, complaints and settlements. It's amazing how they still operate as a business and the criminal behavior continues unabated.”
