“I wish I can give zero stars for this company. Had perishable items that was shipped using this company. Horrible customer service. They have no idea on the status of their packages. Was lied too on more than one occasion, or more likely, the driver lied to the customer service rep who was talking to me. Bottom line, no delivery after two days and more than one phone stating no issues and would be delivered. Failed deliver is all they can tell me but no other reason. Home all day thanks to COVID-19 telework and multiple phone calls (oh, the drive had my cell phone just in case there were any issues). I live in a town, not in any area that is hard to locate.”
“If you have a package being delivered, keep your fingers crossed til you actually get it. They delivered my package elsewhere then told me contact the seller for a refund, but failed to tell me what actions they were taking for their role in me not receiving my package. Sorriest package carriers by far! If I could get them out of business I would.”
“This the first time I've heard of lasership shipping and the first time its been used to ship my packages. I had my first two packages delivered no problem nov 3 2020. But the next day another package that was supposed to be delivered was labeled EXCEPTION. Tracking said was unable to deliver. More info needed. So messaged lasership inquiring about the problem, gave my address again in case that was the problem. Could only message because I could not find number to call. They message saying it would take 2 days to investigate and after if my package didn't come to contact BBW. I got a number with the email then, but will wait until 2 days are over to contact them. What really unnerved me is before I got email from lasership I contacted BBW about the delivering exception and the person automatically asked if i wanted a replacement, this tells me this as happened before and when i asked why lasership had the exception the person told me I had to ask lasership. A lot of passing the punk going on. Lasership got 2 stars because they did successfully deliver two packages. My fear after reading these reviews is that my package was stolen by lasership thinking that ill just get a replacement so whats the harm. Now I worry it'll happen again and what if BBW refuses me a refund. In the future ill try to ask whose shipping my packages because I can't afford to lose money.”
“My package said it was delivered but I could not find it. I waited the 24 hours and called Wal-Mart. The item was resent. It was scanned that it was delivered at 12pm. I checked 15 min. later and no package. I did find out what happened with the first package. It was placed in my US mailbox (which is illegal to do). My carrier found the package and took it to the post office. They said this happens frequently. They wanted me to pay $5.30 to have the package delivered. I told them to send it back as I was not paying for it. I am getting a refund because the order cannot be sent out a third time.”

I contacted your customer svc on 2 occasions & both said there was a problem as there were more scans after the delivery date. Both reps said a ticket was started to follow up on the pkg & would be emailed to me to keep me posted. I have NOT gotten such emails. “I ordered from a company that utilizes Lasership as a delivery carrier in Michigan. I have been expecting 4 packages for the past 3 weeks. Lasership has not delivered any of packages. However, on Lasership website it indicates that my packages are loaded onto their trucks and on its way to me. By the end of the day it changes to:
DELIVERY COULD NOT BE COMPLETED - UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO DELIVER PACKAGE. This message has been displayed for a week now. I’ve contacted the headquarters in Virginia. The customer service representatives are clueless. I have been guaranteed that I would receive my packages by October 15th, 2020. They have stated that they started a claim however each time I call the representative can’t find the existing claim and “starts a new claim”. Yesterday, while trying to find a solution I was told I could not pick my packages up from the Michigan’s facility. In addition to the representative lied and told me he needed all four of my packages tracking numbers to look into the issue. He wouldn’t look me up by last name and Zip code like the previous representatives has.
I’m losing complete hope that I will receive my packages or my money back. I even contacted Lasership on their Facebook page. Lasership responded but they still have not contacted me about a resolution. I have a gut feeling that my items were stolen from Lasership. On October 16th, they falsely scanned all of my packages as: YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED , Left At: Front Door. My packages were not delivered. I called Lasership immediately, they told me it was an error scan. Which makes no sense.”
“I have had packages from Bath & Body Works delivered 3 times using LaserShip. First time, marked as delivered, never received it and BBW were unable to replace the clearance items. Second time, just dropped the package off at my door, did not knock and only knew it was delivered because daughter left and “BOOM”, there it was. Last time package notification came through as delivered and to click on camera icon to see where it was and “👀” it was in our general mail room for anyone to take. I’m in an apartment complex and drivers should call to let us know they are downstairs and we can either buzz them in or meet them in the foyer for the package. WORST DELIVERY CARRIER EVER!!!!!!!!”

“The ABSOLUTE WORST delivery service ever! Customer service is a joke. You can email 50 times and will get 1 "automated" response. They lost my package after delivering it to the wrong address. I told them 4 times the new address and now my package is non existent. Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE!”

“3 Times Nordstroms has shipped my items via Lasership. I live 1/2 mile off the road-my driveway is paved. We have a large inscribed stone by the road. My package was placed on the stone-1/2 mile from my front door. The second delivery was placed in the grass-50 feet from my door. Yesterday’s package was placed in our driveway. I’ve contacted Nordstroms customer service-still delivering via laser ship. Tomorrow I’m calling Nordstroms corporate-tired of inferior services.”
