“I ordered a few things through Amazon’s third-party stores. Lasership made the delivery. The package was marked “delivered” on 4/14, but never reached me. Our doormen are very reliable and always keep our packages in the mailroom. If it was delivered, I will sure get it.
Lasership did not deliver the package, and told me to contact the seller.

“Package was “delivered” to outside of my apt building by a gate without informing me it was there... and surprise, it was stolen. My husband and I like to call LaserShip, “LazyShip” because their drivers cannot be bothered to ring the doorbell when dropping a package, even though the delivery instructions explicitly plead for them to do so because the package WILL get stolen if left unattended. But, why should they be bothered... 100$ worth of product lost to the incompetence of Lazyship. Thank guys! 2 thumbs up for service.”
“They do not deliver packages. They say they do, but customer never get them. You have to call customer service, wait 2 or more days for an investigation, and wait even longer for packages to reship. I am extremely furious with this company, this has happened multiple times shipping from them through Amazon.”
“LaserShip is a third rate shipping company. One star is too good. I started a subscription with Hello Fresh. The tracking said loaded onto vehicle at 9:22 am and out for delivery. Then at 1:47 pm it said loaded onto vehicle and out for delivery. I called Lasership, and their response was, oh, it probably had to be given to another driver because the car probably broke down. She was quick with this answer, so I assume this is a regular problem. The I asked about when it would arrive, because it is a food order. She said, well it is packed on ice, so the delivery window is until 9:30 at night. I said this is past my bedtime, so I need to wait up. She said you don't need to wait it is one ice. I said someone is going to steal it off my porch if I don't wait, and I assume you won't be responsible for that, and she said that is correct. I called Hello Fresh, and they said they contract for delivery windows until 8:00pm. Sheesh, this is pretty ridiculous.”

Tracking said that driver was unable to deliver due to no access but I’ve been watching for him all day and he never even came around and I had the porch light on, there was no attempt to deliver the package at all, this is the 2nd time that I have not received my delivery from your company, part of my order was shipped through Fedex and it was delivered today with no issues, I don’t understand why your driver is having problems when no one else’ is? And again today my order tracking said that today’s order was delivered, but it was never delivered to my address, this is the worst shipping company I’ve ever seen, Walmart please do not use this shipping company any more!!”
“If I could give them a zero I would. Their drivers are basically thieves because they can get away with it. They know the merchant will be on the hook for the merchandise they take. They sent me a text alert that my package was left at my front door. I just happened to be home right then. I go to the door no package. I called their customer service and it was like someone answered their house phone very unprofessional very unconcerned and didn’t offer a solution. I called the merchant and told them I won't order from them again if they are going to use this delivery service”

“This company should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. First of all I paid for expedited shipping. Package was held at a location for 2 days. I got my refund from the company for the shipping. Before going to work I checked the tracking and I couldn't believe it said at my front door at 12:41AM.... I'm BAFFLED... He completely puts on the especially innocent, wouldn't hurt a fly, shy or sweet act, which is easy to believe. You shouldn't take your first impression of him or any of them at face value. If you don't know a person well, they can mislead you into thinking they are innocent or sweet. The only real way to know a sociopath's true personality is by getting to know them well. I would just like to warn anyone looking for a position with this Company. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. It's very diverse, which is a good thing, but then you realize, people are stuck there, with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of the ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.
I would say this isn't a company for anyone with any integrity. It's especially not fit for females. Predators to the Nth degree. All in management, sales especially.
Remember Uber, in the news recently? You NOW have an idea of what LaserShip is like. A bunch of dim-witted, philandering, Neanderthals who haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that they're family men and the ones who, especially project that they're so virtuous -- that projection is the red flag. They really wear who they are on the sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise please stay away.”

“The worst shipping company you can work with, completely lied about attempted delivery (I’ve been home waiting on this Amazon package, supposed to have been Prime one-day delivery); after I get notified while home the attempt was made I call LaserShip, 38 minutes on hold and I get a customer service rep who probably works from home, because he sounded like he either just woke up or was screamed at by previous customers over this company’s terrible shipping experiences that he right away dismissed my call as soon as I said “Amazon” and transferred my call to Amazon customer service; it was a dedicated CS line specifically for this company because I can tell they pass calls to a dedicated DID because they have so many problems. I will get a full refund but worse I never got the items I ordered and I was expecting them all day. This isn’t the first time this company had done this, this is the same company that left an item on the corner of the street; very unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone dealing with these people; I NEVER write reviews but this is just infuriating and I hope Amazon stops using them because every time now I see the carrier is LaserShip on my orders I know there’s going to be a problem. Nothing beats USPS/FedEx and UPS.. LaserShip you are a joke; avoid this company.

“LaserShip, on several occasions, has incorrectly marked my package as delivered. Most of the time I never actually see the original package, but luckily the shipper sends a replacement package free of charge or issues a refund. One time a driver thankfully delivered my original package AND my replacement package right after I filed a complaint that both had been marked as delivered, but in fact I had never received them. The driver indicated that both of the packages had been delivered to the wrong address despite the correct address being on the package. LaserShip, PLEASE do a better job of hiring and training drivers in my area. I have had so many packages that were handled by your company that never made it into my possession. I wish I had the option to select any other courier service except for LaserShip because of the quality of your service.”
